- Kwantum Chemical’s manufacturing facility includes over an area of approximately 40,000 sqft. & separate 10,000 sqft. storage facility for finished goods.
- The plant is well equipped with the latest facilities with SS reactors to avoid product contamination.
- The plant houses all required utilities like boilers, cooling towers, scrubbing system and modern product handling equipment.

Research and Development facilities
The manufacturing facility houses a quality and process control laboratory spread over a built-up area of approx. 500 sq ft. The laboratory is well equipped with required glassware and equipments for regular analysis and applied work besides quality control of raw materials and finished products. We have best team of R & D, QC with their Individual expertise in their respective areas. We maintain Product Quality from start of raw material quality checking to finished product quality checking before dispatch.
Manufacturing Facility
Kwantum’s manufacturing facility includes over an area of approx 40,000 sq.ft & separate 10,000 sq. ft. storage facility for finished goods. The plant is well equipped with the latest facilities with SS reactors to avoid product contamination. The plant houses all required utilities like boilers, cooling towers, scrubbing system and modern product handling equipment. Manufacturing facility has power back up facilitated with DG Set. Plant has a production capacity of 450 Tons per month which includes formulations, Biocides, Basic Polymers, other speciality chemicals.
